Return Policy

Damaged items

The Optimist offers returns and refunds only in case of damaged or misprinted products. Any request regarding damaged items must be submitted within 30 days from the day the product has arrived.

Late Arrival / Package never Arrived

If a package never arrived or got lost, send your notice within 30 days from the approximate date of arrival. If an error has been made by our part, we will cover the expenses.

Since we are Print On Demand shop, we do not refund orders because of remorse of the buyers. With that said, our client's happiness of products is very important to us, so if you receive something you're not pleased with, please contact us and we will do our best to make you satisfied. 

Refunds

Once we receive a notification for return, we will inspect the problem and respond with the approval or rejection of refund.

If your refund was approved, we will return your money to the payment method you used within 5-10 business days.
